Help us bring new life to the Capitol and Capri Theatres in downtown Ottumwa!

The Ottumwa Regional Legacy Foundation is embarking on a study to make the Ottumwa Theater Project a reality and reestablish these historic buildings as vibrant and creative centerpieces in our community. In partnership with Artspace, a national nonprofit organization, ORLF is conducting a short survey to explore how the Ottumwa Theater Project can best serve the space needs of Ottumwa’s artists, arts organizations, and creative and arts-friendly businesses. We want to hear about your creative, business, and event space needs. Your participation is critical to the planning process. We will use the information to guide future focus group conversations with those interested in being a part of the project, and to begin space and program planning. If you are interested in being a part of the Ottumwa Theater Project, participating in a focus group or being considered for future rental space, please provide your contact information at the end of this survey. If you provide contact details, it will be used only to provide you the information you request. Your private information will not be shared with other organizations. The survey will ask a series of questions about you and/or your organization, including:

• Interest in renting space
• Interest in membership-based spaces
• Ideas for reuse of the theaters
• Descriptive information
