The Association of Leadership Programs (ALP) has elected Hollie Tometich, Executive Director of Ottumwa Leadership Academy as a Director to the national board. The ALP is the premier go-to association for community leadership organizations and programs.
The board of director’s primary role is to direct the organization in accordance with ALP’s mission: to advance the effectiveness of community leadership programs and professionals; through recognizing excellence, fostering innovation, sharing best practices and building networks. Board members contribute toward ALP’s vision by setting, accomplishing and overseeing strategic goals.
“I am thrilled to be elected to the ALP Board,” stated Tometich. “The ALP was instrumental when we started Ottumwa Leadership Academy eight years ago. The sharing of best practices and resources of the many leadership programs across the nation helped us to not only develop our program, but also helps us to be innovative in our programming.”
